THE CHURCH ELECTORAL ROLL

This is the official Roll of all those who are entitled to vote at the Annual Parochial Church Meeting, when the members of the Parochial Church Council (PCC) have to be elected for the ensuing year.

All those who are baptised members of the Church of England, and are aged sixteen and over and are resident in the Parish or habitually worship in the Parish, are qualified to be on the Roll.

In 2003 there were 59 members on the Electoral Roll. The Electoral Roll Officer at the time of publication is Mr. Gavin Hamilton, Chilbolton Cottage, Village Street, CSH S020 6BG 01264 860058, who will be delighted to answer any questions concerning the Roll.

 

MONDAY MEETiNG

Meetings are held on the third Monday of each month in the Rectory, 01264 860258. The coordinator is Mrs. Sue Williams at The Rectory.

                                                                                             

 

MIDDAY MUMS

The Midday Mums meet at the Rectory at 12:30 on the third Thursday of each month. The mums bring a shared lunch and after the meal they usually have a speaker. During the talk/discussion, members of the Monday Meeting Group entertain the children in another room. Despite its name, attendance is not in any way conditional on having a young child.
