Each page of the published DIRECTORY can be displayed by selecting the appropriate button.

NB:  It may take some time to scan in the corrected information and have a complete reference copy, but once in place it will be easy to update.
In the meantime, pages will be added as soon as they are ready so that we, and the users, can progressively gain experience.
The pages will  generally appear in the same order as in the original publication but the content of some will be laid out differently and words added to aid navigation.
